Sam is the best! We hadn’t really planned anything, when we arrived in Byron Bay, but luckily we met Sam. He helped us book all the major tours and gave
us good advice about almost everything. He even made us do the skydiving, which we are quite happy about today! While we we’re traveling up the east
coast, the cyclone hit. But Sam rescheduled our tickets to the Whitsundays and we ended up going on our tour anyway. Great service! We would definitely
recommend this guy and Ratpack to any traveller.
Sam was extremely helpful with planning and booking my east coast trip! He was really chill and took the time to sit down with me and went through
the options available! Cheers €
Great Service !
Had a guy called @Sam at ratpack, who gave us such nice tips and booked us a great fraser island and whitsunday tour. Was unbelievable funny and
beautiful. Everything was perfect no problem with the tours. ( Except that b**ch cyclone Debbie, which destroyed the islands..)
Sam from Ratpack was so nice. He is not like the other bloodsucker at greyhound and co.
Authentic and normal guy. Made us a good timetable for travelling and still gave us some more recommendations for tours and trips via Facebook
A friend told me about Rat Pack Travel, I did my East Coast adventure through them, they took care of everything such as tours and my bus pass, I got good
discounts and advice. I actually went into the office and met Sam in Byron Bay, he is a great lad and down to earth guy, they can also give you tips
on which hostels to stay in which was hugely helpful. Would recommend Rat Pack to everyone!!
